Overview
Champion Solutions Group is launching an innovative, paid-training program for up to 20 interns who will develop new skills and experience in a world of sales and high tech. The 88-day, paid internship program will provide real-world training and even certifications on some of the technology offerings in the market today. This includes certifications with leading technology companies such as IBM, NetApp, and VMware that interns can take with them as they enter the work force. At the end of the program, participants will have the skills to compete for the jobs that exist in this new economy, including a position at Champion Solutions Group.

The Program
The program will consist of intense, 88-day training that will help people prepare for sales-oriented positions or positions centered around the IT industry.
- Every intern that completes the program, will enter the workplace with highly marketable and sought-after skills and experience.
- During the training, interns will have the opportunity to gain sales certifications with some of the top technology companies in the world including IBM, NetApp, and VMware.
- The interns will work closely with Champion's famed Client Advocate team focusing on IT Security, Deduplication, and WAN Optimization.
- Top interns will be offered full-time employment with Champion Solutions Group at the conclusion of the internship. Full-time employment at Champion includes excellent compensation, benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.
Preferred Requirements
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Computer Proficiency
- Team-Player Oriented
- The Desire to Learn in the IT Industry
- 1 year experience in sales (inside sales with outbound calls preferred)
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Accounting or Finance
- IT industry experience a plus!
