Web Enablement |
Your entire inventory will be posted on our secured website, which will allow you and other users to check your inventory 24x7 with a username and password. The report will include details such as type, model, serial, install and warranty exit dates, and the ability to export the list directly into an Excel spreadsheet. It will soon include more interactive features such as the ability to name your servers, to see the operating system and firmware levels, as well as all of your Passport Advantage information. You will also be able to view additions and removals, which will have a name assigned to them. |
Consolidated Invoicing |
IBM invoices are eliminated because we purchase the contract on your behalf and therefore we invoice you directly. This will give you ONE contract number with ONE customer number, and will greatly simplify the billing process. |
