1 – Executive Meeting: An executive meeting to understand your business and the challenges that you face in the immediate future, as well as long-term goals and objectives.

2 – Discovery, Analysis, Recommendations (DAR): Discovery of your existing infrastructure and organization. Champion performs an in-depth analysis of your infrastructure and organizational components and how it all ties together. This also includes the delivery of a roadmap of recommendations designed to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and availability.

3 – Solutions Design: Design of solutions sets focused around the prioritized recommendations roadmap. Solution development relies heavily on the data provided from the discovery and analysis phase assuring the appropriate components to support your infrastructure and organization.
